Holosys d.o.o. respects the privacy and protects personal information of our users, employees, business partners, and other individuals with whom they have entered a business cooperation and whose personal data is collected and processed as part of our daily business activities. Privacy Policy is a fundamental act that describes the purpose and objectives of collecting, processing and managing personal data within Holosys d.o.o.

This Privacy Policy provides an adequate level of data protection in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy protection laws and regulations. We also inform you that Holosys website includes links to external sites which are not covered by this privacy statement.

Consumer rights

The consumer can request information from use at any time regarding the processing of their personal data, and may activate the following rights:

right to access their data,
corrections or supplements to their personal data, to ensure they are always accurate and up-to-date,
deletion of data (if there are no longer any justified reasons for keeping the data),
limitation of processing of personal data, e.g. if the accuracy of the personal data has been contested and requires verification,
withdrawing consent for data processing (e.g. for receipt of the newsletter).

By visiting Holosys website

As with most websites, we collect data of your visit to Holosys site. We do this in order to be able to present the website optimized to the device you are using and with all its functions or to store your preferences for your current or future browsing sessions. The following internet protocol data is routinely collected during visits to Holosys website:

the data and length of your visit

Your IP address will be processed in a pseudonymised manner by deleting the last three figures. That way we are no longer able to directly identify you as an individual. We will delete this data within 30 days.

When you actively provide us information due to a request or a survey

We will collect and process data you actively provide to us for instance when filling in online forms or surveys or when contacting us by other means of communication such as e-mails, telephone or mail. In case of online forms, the purpose for which you provide us with your personal data can be found on the form itself.

If you contact us via Holosys website, we store information such as:

your name, address data, email address, phone number, fax number
company, profession
type of request and possible further information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

We do this based on your prior given consent or, as applicable, based on a legal justification. Your contact details will be stored for up to six months after the inquiry or survey has been completed unless legal obligation exists to retain data for a longer duration. Open job applications

The data submitted to us through open job applications are processed exclusively in the purpose of performing selection procedures in recruitment and are kept for a period of 12 months.

Monitoring data – Cookies and web analytics

Holosys d.o.o. is authorised to store cookies on your computer, which contain information about the user, and which are used to save the user’s time while on the Holosys website, and to monitor and redirect the user’s interests with the aim of providing content adapted to each user.

Many cookies contain a cookie ID. These are the unique identifiers of the cookie. They consist of a series of characters which the website and browser may assign to the specific internet browser in which the cookie is stored.

By using cookies, Holosys d.o.o. makes the website more user-friendly for its users, which would not be possible without the use of cookies. When a user accesses a website, the cookie is stored on the user’s computer system.
